Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle sells you your subscription, charges your chosen payment method, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and appears as the seller on your bank or card statement. You agree to pay for all products you purchase through the HDpiano Website, and you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly or annual basis, according to the plan you choose, until you cancel. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING A VALID PAYMENT METHOD. To change your payment method, use the My Account section of our Website. Prices for products offered via the HDpiano Website may change at any time, with prior email notification sent before the next renewal date.

Emails from HDpiano

When you create an account, we send you emails about your account and subscription. We also send lesson tips, news and offers. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we send these only if you choose to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to info@hdpiano.com.

Free Trial & Auto-Renewal

New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. Free trials are only available to new paid subscribers, once per person. When the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you are charged the price of the plan you chose, as shown at checkout, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Your subscription then renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time in the My Account section of our Website, or by contacting support at the Contact & FAQ page or emailing info@hdpiano.com. After you cancel you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on the initial purchase of our subscription plans, monthly or annual. If you started with a free trial, the initial purchase is the first payment taken when your trial ends. To be eligible for a refund, you must ask to cancel your membership within 30 days of the initial purchase. To request a refund, use the form on our Contact & FAQ page and mention that you are seeking a refund. Gift purchases are non-refundable; see the Gifting Feature Terms & Conditions below.

Governing Law

About These Website Terms & Conditions

These Website terms and conditions apply to your use of the HDpiano Website. These Website Terms & Conditions were originally created with a template at www.freenetlaw.com.

Gifting Feature Terms & Conditions

Gifts can be purchased by anyone, with or without an HDpiano account. Gift codes are redeemable for a yearly subscription. Gift codes are transferable, have no cash value, and may be redeemed one (1) time only. Gift codes are not tied to a specific email address and expire one (1) year from the date of issuance if not redeemed.

Gifting is available exclusively for yearly subscription plans. The gift purchaser receives 3 free months of HDpiano membership. If the purchaser has an active subscription, the months are added to their next billing date. Otherwise, the months are reserved for 12 months from the purchase date and applied when the purchaser starts a trial or paid subscription with the same email. Unclaimed months expire after 12 months and have no cash value. There is no limit to the number of gifts a user may purchase. Discount codes, promotions and referral rewards cannot be applied to gift purchases; gifts are sold at the listed price.

Gift codes may be redeemed by users without an active subscription associated with their email. Users with an existing monthly or yearly paid subscription may redeem a gift code only after canceling their current subscription and completing a new checkout using the gift code; gift codes cannot be applied to active subscriptions, stacked, or used to extend an existing paid plan directly.

Gift codes are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or credits, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Gifting feature at any time, and to void gift codes in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Refer a Friend Terms

Members with an active paid subscription can share a personal referral link. A friend who is new to HDpiano and subscribes through that link gets a discount on their first payment; on an annual plan, the first payment is the first year's price.

Once the friend's first payment has gone through and has not been refunded or canceled within the confirmation period, the referrer earns free subscription time for each successful referral, applied by moving their next billing date forward. The free time a referrer can earn is capped at a lifetime total, not a yearly one. The referrer must hold an active paid subscription when the reward is applied; a referrer whose subscription has lapsed can still receive a pending reward if they reactivate within a grace period. The current discount, reward, lifetime cap and confirmation period are shown on the Refer a Friend page.

Referral discounts and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the Refer a Friend program at any time, and to withhold or void discounts and rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the My Account section of our Website, or by contacting support at the Contact & FAQ page or emailing info@hdpiano.com and requesting account deletion. If you have an active or paused subscription, cancel it first; you can delete your account once the subscription has ended.
